燈愣！我又上來更新了！

這大概是近三年來部落格更新速度最快的一次了吧XD

上次寫完Apocalypse & Chill 的專輯評論後，意猶未盡。這次要上來分享其中一首曲子 - The Greatest Escape 的歌詞。

The Greatest Escape 是我在 Apocalypse & Chill 裡最喜歡的 一首曲子，他沒有太多華麗的旋律，甚至副個是頻繁重複的單音連發。但在伴奏琴聲和鼓聲的做出循序漸進的效果，加上本首歌氣場和畫面感都相當濃厚，這樣重複的安排並不落俗套，反而讓人跟著歌聲伴奏聲落入歌詞無窮無盡的徘徊追尋之路。

簡單來說，就是和浪子分手了（誤

我覺得整首個出海追尋自我的意象很滿很直白，

但是這裡的 greatest 和 escape 兩個字就很難處理。

首先是escape，我覺得這個字只有單方面的意味，是敘事者講述you escape from me，是「你」怕了、「你」單方面的逃離我的身邊

但從「你」來說卻是一種一個人面對大海，拋下一切出航的決心

所以我對一開始不想用「逃」這個字，因為後面還接了你、我、大海的壯闊場面，

來到看不到盡頭的大海前才會知道那「你只想逃開我」的想法只是一廂情願。

所以，敘事者嘴硬講了escape，但是前面還加了個greatest。

這個greatest如果直接用「大」之類的字眼翻不出衝突感。

所以我這邊很頭痛。最後這樣翻好像也沒多準確地表達上述的情緒，但只能將就著用了。

是說，如果要留著慢慢想，等想到怎麼用字時再發文的話，

那這部落格下次發新文章可能就是2021的ESC了
